Catch a Bus

Living south of the airport used to mean finding a bus was hard. These days, if you live in the following areas, you have more than 10 bus that will get you to the Atlanta airport (and if you live north of the airport… keep scrolling!):

  • Palmetto
  • Fairburn
  • Union City
  • Riverdale
  • Forest Park
  • Morrow
  • Jonesboro
  • Kenwood
  • Morrow
  • Lake City

Most of the bus routes connect to the College Park and East Point MARTA train stations. From there, it’s 1-2 stops to the MARTA Airport Station at the domestic terminal.

These bus routes begin running between 4:00am and 5:30am, in time to get you to the MARTA train line, which starts running at 5:00am. 

Standard MARTA fare is only $2.50 for a one-way trip, including all connections.
