Commuter Services
Shift helps commuters reduce the cost and hassle of getting to and from work. We provide information, education, and incentives to help employees discover their cheapest and most efficient way to get to work.
Employer Services
Shift also helps employers develop commute programs for their employees. This includes connecting employees to Shift’s commuter services. Shift also advises area businesses on commuter benefit strategies such as discounted and/or pre-tax transit pass programs.
Employee Commute Support
Connect employees with support services including route planning, financial incentives, support programs like Guaranteed Ride Home, and more.
Surveys, Mapping, and Worksite Assessments
Workforce survey and mapping, worksite assessments, and a review of current commuter benefits help identify commute pain points and strategies to improve travel.
Commute Program Implementation
Once our team understands the unique needs of your workforce, we work with you to implement recommended program and policy enhancements.
Tailored Commuting Resources
Shift offers custom commute informational materials including breakroom posters, onboarding packets, and more.
On-site Employee Education
From on-site tabling events to workforce lunch-n-learns, Shift provides hands-on workforce events to educate employees about commute options and support.
Results Tracking
Impact reporting can include direct financial savings to employees, travel time changes, employee satisfaction, vehicle travel reduction, and pollution/CO2 reductions.
