Carpools Enrich Your South Atlanta Commute (and Your Wallet)

Lots of things are better when shared: bills, large tasks, nachos. If you’ve ever been on a long trip alone, you know car rides are at the top of that list. Carpooling to work regularly can save you on gas money, car maintenance, and stress from the traffic. Adding a stop to pick up or drop off a friend might add a mile or two, but it’s worth it for the days they drive!

Get your carpool started

Shift’s network in the MyGCO app can get your carpool jump-started. To find an existing route near you, head to the Pools page and search routes by your home and work locations or post your route to find riders. You can mark yourself as a driver, rider, or both, plus the days and times you commute.
